Hagenheim Fairy Tale Series by Melanie Dickerson


Overview of book series: The Hagenheim book series by Melanie Dickerson consists of eleven novels, each retelling a story of a beloved fairy tale. Novels can be read in chronological order, but it isn't required to understand or enjoy each book, as each novel can be read as a standalone. Set during the Middle Ages, this book series follows the storyline of two families: the royal Hagenheim family in the Holy Roman Empire and the le Wyse family in England. As a Christian and faith-based series, magical elements shown in the original fairy tales are replaced by religion, as faith and trusting in God is true magic. Each book showcases a beautiful romance between the two main characters of the story that will leave you wanting more of this clean romance. This Medieval period, fast-paced book series is perfect for younger readers in middle and high school as well as young adults.

Over the past two weeks, I have enjoyed highlighting each novel individually. The Hagenheim series by Melanie Dickerson is one of my favorite book series, as Dickerson is one of my favorite all-time authors! This book series is perfect for Christian readers who are looking for engaging stories, sweet romance, and beautiful writing!
