Synopsis of the book: After years away, Astrid Nilsson has returned home to Colorado, hoping to become Fairplay’s second doctor . . . and to find healing for her reoccurring consumption. The Colorado Cowgirls is one of my favorite Christian western series! Committing to the Cowgirl is the first installment of the series by Jody Hedlund, as it details a romance story between lovable characters Astrid and Logan. Taking place during the 1870s in Fairplay, Colorado, this book is written masterfully, showcasing a sweet romance and daring adventure with a Christian perspective. Suitable for high school readers and older.
